EFT. Emotional Freedom Technique
- Diane Chandler
Tapping, or EFT, is a mind-body therapy that draws on the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) practice of acupuncture, and it is used today as a self-help approach in modern psychology. It involves tapping key acupressure points (acupoints) on the hands, face, and body with your fingertips while focusing on uncomfortable feelings or concerns, and using positive affirmations to neutralize those feelings, according to EFT International (PDF).
Research suggests that EFT tapping can relieve stress, diminish cravings, improve performance, and even help relieve symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

Homeopathy
- Lindsey Puddifant, ,
Homeopathy is a system of medicine which involves treating the individual with highly diluted substances, given mainly in tablet form, with the aim of triggering the body’s natural system of healing. Based on their specific symptoms, a homeopath will match the most appropriate medicine to each patient.Homeopathy is based on the principle that you can treat ‘like with like’, that is, a substance which causes symptoms when taken in large doses, can be used in small amounts to treat those same symptoms. For example, drinking too much coffee can cause sleeplessness and agitation, so according to this principle, when made into a homeopathic medicine, it could be used to treat people with these symptoms. This concept is sometimes used in conventional medicine, for example, the stimulant Ritalin is used to treat patients with ADHD, or small doses of allergens such as pollen are sometimes used to de-sensitise allergic patients. However, one major difference with homeopathic medicines is that substances are used in ultra high dilutions, which makes them non-toxic.

Rolfing - Keith Graham
Rolfing works to bring us into optimum alignment in the gravity field so that we can move with more balance and greater ease. Rolfers work with hands-on manipulation to bring space and fluidity to the fascial system, which can become gluey and restrictive through lack of movement. During the sessions, we also try to identify unhelpful movement habits which may be preventing the body from reaching its optimum balance. I give homework between each session to help change these unconscious patterns. In this way, improvements gained can be long-lasting.
