Marcia Fletcher, KFRP, dipM MCIM
Marcia first encountered kinesiology at a health fair not long after moving to London to take up a marketing position in financial services. I watched with amazement at the simplicity of using kinesiology as a way of identifying imbalances in the body. However enjoyable her marketing role was, she was now more than curious about kinesiology which it echoed her earlier work and passion for science, the natural world and the pleasure of finding things out. In 2003, she qualified as a practitioner and has enjoyed working with clients to resolve their health and well being issues ever since. In 2009 she embarked on CAM research with ongoing primary research into the effectiveness of kinesiology with individuals presenting with Irritable Bowel Syndrome www.findthecause.com

Gunilla has always been very active and has a love of the outdoors, especially cycling. She has practiced yoga since the late 90’s. When she was diagnosed in 2007 with breast cancer, she realised how her yoga practice helped her to become stronger, both mentally and physically. Since then, yoga and meditation have become a very important part of her life. In fact, it made such an impact that she decided to take up teaching to share its benefits. She sees her spiritual path as that of a 'Seeker and Explorer of Inner Knowledge and Love' and she is drawn to a more meditative form of yoga practice. In a former life in the corporate world, she is very familiar with how the daily commute and long hours take its toll on the general well-being and how difficult it can be to achieve that important life/work balance. Gunilla is passionate about helping people find that vital balance and she fully believes that we all have the capacity to live a happy, healthy, well-balanced life. We may just need a bit of assistance and guidance in getting there. She is a British Wheel of Yoga Accredited teacher having completed an in-depth two-year teacher-training course with The Yoga Academy (Principal Simon Low). She has specialised further in Restorative Yoga and is a certified Relax and Renew ® Trainer after studying with Judith Hanson Lasater, an internationally recognised expert in the field. She is a qualified meditation teacher after undertaking advanced training over four years under the guidance of Meditation Master Andrew Henley at Andrew Henley Meditation and Spiritual Philosophy, totalling 1300 contact hours. Andrew Henley is a lifelong meditator who himself was invited to teach after being trained by the Masters from the cave monasteries in the Himalayas over 15 years ago. www.sunnysideyoga.co.uk

He attended a 500-hour yoga teacher-training course and is a Reiki Master. As part of his ervice to the community, he teaches meditation at The Fountain Centre at Royal Surrey County Hospital NHS Trust and at Mila Yoga Centre in Godalming. Clarissa Middleton Dip. CNM BANT CNHC NNA
Clarissa has been passionate about naturopathic nutrition for 9 years having found relief from her own severe allergies. Having been told by her GP and various specialists that the only solution to her health problems was to move to the sea or abroad, Clarissa was convinced there was another way to improve her symptoms and quality of life. Naturopathic nutritional therapy involves looking at the different bodily systems as a whole and how they effectively they are operating. In order to achieve optimum health all the systems need to work synergistically. If there’s an imbalance in those systems - digestive, immune, nervous, endocrine, musculoskeletal – this will affect the body’s ability to function optimally.
She will not aim to solely alleviate symptoms, but get to the root cause of any negative health complaints, creating long lasting change and relief.
